At FORZA NZ we aim to get your order shipped to you as fast as
possible, but with a fair and competitive shipping cost. We use the
courier company (with track and trace service) for most general
products, only excluding bulky and heavy products.
Pick up location and times
We are currently located at 19C Neilpark Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013.
Our opening hours are 9am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday and 9am- 3pm on Saturdays.
We are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays. (Unless special arrangement prior)
What to bring?
Order online and collect directly from us! Just bring a copy of your
order reference or photo ID to collect your order. If you have someone
collecting your order on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of
your order reference. For security of your order we will not allow the
order to leave the shop without at least one of these criteria being
met.
General Products
Including most apparel, helmets, small bike parts, small accessories and other general products that aren’t bulky or heavy.
Bulky and Heavy Products
Including bikes, engines, large bike parts, and other over sized and heavy items.
Dispatch & Shipping Times:
Your order will be dispatched by our Courier Company once the payment
is cleared. You will also receive an email confirmation with track and
trace reference when your order is dispatched.
Auckland: Same day or Overnight
Rest of North Island: 1-2 Working Days
South Island: 2-4 Working Days
Rural Address: Extra 1-2 Working Days based on the original time
Other impacts may cause a delay on shipment
-Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
-It may cause a delay on delivery when its statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days.
-The delivery service can also have delays due to unexpected circumstances.
Payment Details
Credit cards & Debit cards:
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express payments through our website. Credit Cards are verified in real time using DPS. We only accept credit amount under NZD$300 at the moment.
Online Banking:
Payments can be made by direct credit bank transfers.
Simply Checkout, then make a deposit with your order number as a reference.
Afterpay:
Up to $2,000 and choose to repay fortnightly in 4 interest-free payments. This payment doesn't apply on bikes.
Zip:
Up to $1,000 and choose to repay fortnightly in 4 interest-free payments. This payment doesn't apply on bikes.
Pay over the Phone:
Currently, we do not accept payment over the phone.
