Are you open on Sundays or public holidays?
No. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays unless a special arrangement has been made in advance.
What are your business hours?

Do you allow pickups?
Yes. Pickups are available during our normal business hours.
Do you ship nationwide or overseas?
We ship nationwide across New Zealand. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
Finance, Pricing & Trade-Ins
Do you offer finance?
Yes. We offer flexible motorcycle, scooter, and ATV finance through Better Finance, UDC, and Q-Card Finance.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes. We accept trade-ins on motorcycles and scooters. Bring your bike in for an appraisal.
Can you match or beat competitor prices?
Yes. We don’t just match — we’ll beat any competitor’s price on the same stocked product.
Excludes clearance items, trade quotes, stock liquidations, and commercial quantities.
Test Rides & Sales
Do you offer test rides?
Yes. Test rides are available on selected models with the correct motorcycle licence and valid ID.
Do you sell both new and used motorcycles and scooters?
Yes. We stock a range of new and quality used motorcycles and scooters to suit different riders and budgets.
Workshop, Service & WOF
Do you service all motorcycle brands?
Yes. Our motorcycle workshop services and repairs most major motorcycle and scooter brands, including Forza, Kayo, TNT, Yadea, CFMOTO, Suzuki, and more.
Do you offer motorcycle WOF inspections in Auckland?
Yes. We provide motorcycle WOF inspections at our East & South Auckland workshop. Any required repairs can be completed onsite.
Do you sell tyres and provide fitting and balancing?
Yes. We sell motorcycle tyres and offer tyre fitting, balancing, and puncture repairs in our workshop.
Do you offer pickup and drop-off for servicing?
Yes. We offer motorcycle pickup and drop-off services across East and South Auckland for servicing, repairs, and WOFs.
Parts, Accessories & Gear
Do you stock spare parts?
Yes. FORZA NZ stocks over 20,000 motorcycle, scooter, and ATV parts, including genuine and aftermarket options.
Do you sell riding gear and accessories?
Yes. We stock helmets, gloves, jackets, boots, protective gear, luggage, security locks, batteries, and accessories — in-store and online.
Do your riding gear meet NZ safety standards?
Yes. All our riding gear complies with New Zealand safety standards. We strongly recommend full protective gear, including an AS/NZS or ECE-approved helmet, gloves, jacket, pants, boots, and protective pads.
Product Origin & Warranty
Where are your products made?
Most products are designed in Japan, Europe, and the USA, and manufactured in China. Some premium products are made in Japan, USA, Italy, Taiwan, and New Zealand.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products sold by FORZA NZ include a warranty. Please refer to our warranty policy on the website for full details.

Do I need a motorcycle licence to ride a scooter?

50cc mopeds: Can be ridden on a full car licence

How fuel-efficient are scooters?

50cc scooters: approx. 2–3L per 100km

How fast do scooters go?

Do you sell electric scooters?
Yes. We stock FORZA, YADEA, and CINECO electric scooters. Most offer 50–80km per charge with a battery lifespan of 3–5 years, depending on usage.
Motorcycle FAQs (New Zealand)
Can I ride this bike on a learner or restricted licence?
Only LAMS-approved motorcycles can be ridden on learner or restricted licences. Our team will guide you to suitable models.
Do you sell off-road and dual-purpose bikes?
Yes. We stock dirt bikes, enduro bikes, pit bikes, ATVs, quads, and dual-purpose motorcycles.
