Where are you located?

Are you open on Sundays and Public holidays?

Sorry, we do not open on Sundays or Public holidays unless a special arrangement is made prior. 

 

Do you allow pickups?

Yes, we do allow pickups during our business hours, which are 9am-4:30pm Monday- Friday, 9am-3pm Saturday.

 

Do you guys ship nationwide and overseas?

Yes, we ship nationwide across New Zealand. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Do you have Finance available?

Yes, we offer flexible finance options through Better Finance, UDC, and Q-card Finance to make owning your motorcycle, scooter, or ATV easier and more affordable.

 

Do you offer test rides?

Yes, test rides are available on selected models with the correct licence and ID.

 

Do you do trade-ins?

Yes, we accept trade-ins on scooters and motorcycles. Bring your bike in for an appraisal.

 

Can you match other prices?

Yes, we don’t just match, we’ll beat any competitor’s price on the same stocked product. Please note, this excludes clearance items, trade quotes, stock liquidations, and commercial quantities.

 

Do you stock spare parts?

Yes, Forza NZ has over 20,000 motorcycle, scooter, and ATV parts in stock — genuine and aftermarket.

 

Where are your products made?

Most of the products sold by FORZA NZ are designed in Japan, Europe, USA, and made in China. Some prime quality products are made in Japan, USA, Italy, and Taiwan. We also have brands made right here in New Zealand.

 

Do your products come with any warranty?

Yes, FORZA NZ offers a warranty for all our products. Please feel free to view our warranty policy on the main page or click here for more information.

 

Do your gears meet NZ Safety standards?

Yes, all our riding gear complies with New Zealand safety standards. FORZA NZ strongly recommends wearing full protective equipment every time you ride. This includes a certified AS/NZS or ECE-approved helmet, goggles, gloves, jacket, pants, sturdy boots, and protective pads (knee and elbow). Whether on-road or off-road, your safety always comes first.

 

Can I become a dealer or service agent?

Yes, we’re always open to new dealer and service agent opportunities. Please email us with details about your business and location, and our operations team will be in touch with you.

 

 

🛵 Scooter Customer FAQs (NZ)

1. Do I need a motorcycle licence to ride this scooter?

  • For a moped (50cc, max 50km/h), you can ride on a full car licence in New Zealand.

  • For scooters over 50cc, you’ll need a motorcycle licence (Learner, Restricted, or Full).

 

2. How much fuel does it use?

  • Most 50cc mopeds use about 2 – 3L per 100km (very fuel efficient). Larger scooters (125–300cc) use around 3.5 – 4.5L per 100km.

 

3. How fast does it go?

  • A 50cc moped is limited to under 50km/h.

  • A 125cc scooter can usually reach 80 – 100km/h, and larger models can go much faster.

 

4. What’s the warranty on this scooter?

  • Forza NZ scooters usually come with a 12 – 24 month warranty depending on the model and brand. Extended warranty options may be available.

 

5. Do you sell helmets and gear?

  • Yes, we stock helmets, gloves, jackets, boots, and protective gear in-store and online.

 

6. Do you sell electric scooters? How long does the battery last?

  • Yes, we stock FORZA, YADEA, and CINECO EV scooters. Most batteries last 50 –80km per charge and have a lifespan of 3 – 5 years (depending on use).

1. Can I ride this bike on my motorcycle learner or restricted licence?

  • Only LAMS-approved bikes can be ridden on a learner or restricted motorcycle licence. We’ll guide you to suitable models.

 

2. Do you sell accessories for my bike?

  • Yes, we have helmets, jackets, gloves, boots, luggage, top boxes, security locks, and batteries available in-store and online.

 

3. Do you sell tyres and do fitting/balancing?

  • Yes, we sell a wide range of motorcycle tyres and offer tyre fitting, balancing, and puncture repairs in our workshop.

 

4. Do you sell off-road or dual-purpose bikes too?

  • Yes, we stock dirt bikes, enduro bikes, pit bikes, ATVs, quads, and dual-purpose motorcycles for on/off-road use.
