Warranty Policy

Warranty for products excluding ATV quads, motorbikes, scooters

Forza New Zealand offers 12 Months warranty to all our products. We stand proudly behind our products if there are any manufacture defect(s). Damages or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident or wear and tear are not covered by our warranty policy.

Please contact our Warranty claim Team via email: team@forza.nz. We will assist you through the warranty process. Please also mention your name and receipt number for a faster response.

Our warranty claim team will contact you to arrange the best solution for you once the information for warranty assessment is received and assessed.

Once the warranty claim is approved, in most cases, it will go through the following process. Forza New Zealand will endeavour to repair any manufacturer faults if possible and return it to you at our cost.

If the repair is not possible a replacement product, store credit or a full refund will be issued at the discretion of Forza New Zealand.

  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Proof of Purchase and/or Receipt number
  • Description and photos regarding the faults

From that point we will create a warranty claim order and fix your problem as soon as possible.

  • VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
  • Description about the Symptoms & Photos if possible

From that point we will create a warranty claim order and assess to fix problem as soon as possible.
